About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, efficient, and well-organized professional to join our spare parts team in Derrimut, Melbourne.  Reporting to the Victoria Spare Parts Supervisor and supported by a professional team, you will offer excellent customer service to a range of clients in the transport refrigeration industry, providing product information, spare parts interpreting, processing of customer orders and performing general warehouse duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and professional parts service support to customers in accordance with company standards and customer expectations and needs

• Ensure that customer orders are completed accurately and on time

• Maintain the parts reception, both phone and counter sales, to ensure all customers receive first class parts interpretation and service

• Produce parts quotations upon request by customers and provide excellent follow up service

• Check and allocate parts to service paperwork prior to parts leaving the store and ensure they are accounted for

• General warehouse duties that include but are not limited to receipting and put away of stock. Packing of stock and creating consignment notes with couriers as well as cycle counting / stock take requirements

• Loading and unloading of couriers

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills

• Great ability to work as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail

• Self-motivated and proactive attitude

• Dedicated to high quality EH&S and Ethical standards

• Previous automotive or refrigeration parts interpreting experience

• A current forklift licence, or a willingness to get one as soon as possible
