O roli:

W związku z rozwojem działu serwisu poszukujemy kandydata na stanowisko Koordynator Prac Serwisowych.

Role Responsibilities:

• Planowania i organizowania pracy techników serwisu i podwykonawców

• Kontaktu z klientami w celu umawiania prac serwisowych

• Współpracy z inżynierami sprzedaży serwisu w zakresie realizacji zamówień

• Koordynacji dwóch regionów serwisowych

• Obsługi procesu gwarancyjnego we współpracy z fabrykami

• Ścisłej współpracy z działem administracji serwisu w zakresie obowiązujących procedur i procesów serwisowych

• Współpracy z pozostałymi działami w firmie

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku (mile widziane w branży technicznej)

• Duża samodzielność w podejmowaniu decyzji w oparciu o optymalizację rozwiązań

• Umiejętność zarządzania czasem i dysponowania zasobami ludzkimi

• Umiejętność pracy zespołowej, komunikatywność

• Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego

• Bardzo dobra znajomość Excela

• Chęć rozwoju, zaangażowanie w realizację celów,
