Job Description

As an Account Manager Modernization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing modernization opportunities. You will provide technical advice to clients and translate their needs into tailored proposals. You will manage the full sales process, build strong relationships, and contribute to the growth of Carrier’s modernization services.

Requirements

You must have at least:
• Experience in sales engineering or a similar commercial role
• Skills in consultative selling and relationship management
• Ability to identify commercial opportunities and convert them into tangible orders
• Familiarity with CRM systems and quotation software
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Preferred qualifications include:
• Experience in the HVAC sector or technical services industry
• Understanding of modernization projects in building systems
• Knowledge of Carrier products or similar technologies

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager Modernization, you will be responsible for:
• Proactively identifying opportunities for modernization projects
• Managing the full sales pipeline from qualification to booking
• Delivering accurate monthly and quarterly order forecasts
• Collaborating with other sales teams to offer integrated customer solutions
• Building long-term client relationships based on trust and expertise
• Executing customer campaigns and strategic initiatives
• Coordinating installation processes with field management to ensure seamless execution
• Utilizing sales tools to enhance performance and expand business opportunities
