Field Service Technician IV

Role Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in chiller systems, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration
  principles and electrical schematics to identify issues and implement solutions.

• Perform 24/7 standby duty (rostered) for chiller plant equipment complaint and breakdown.

Role Purpose:

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients or facility managers on the operation and
  maintenance of chiller systems, including troubleshooting advice and recommendations for
  system improvements.

• Research and implement new chiller technologies or modifications to existing systems to
  improve efficiency, reduce costs, or comply with new environmental regulations, staying ahead
  of industry trends and innovations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Min 5 years hands-on experience in HVAC or M&E industry

• Experience with HVAC system & components such as chillers
