About the role
This position executes the engineering change process for commercial and light commercial products. They will support engineering projects from the definition phase through detailed design. They will also manage the product life cycle and maintain engineering integrity. This position is also responsible for continuous improvement by automating and optimizing design processes. Participating in engineering projects and is involved in concept development, planning, scoping and time management is also an important part. Lastly, they will provide design support to commercial plants by participating in implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Design Engineeryou’llbe responsible for:
Produces drawings and BOMs using computer-assisted drafting systems (CAD) and PLM system
Designs and drafts components, assemblies and packaging
Completes design tasks using PLM workflows
Follows and adheres to products design Engineering specifications.
Maintain integrity in all engineer data and keep the engineering bill of materials updated.

As a minimum you must have:
BSc in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering Administrator, Aeronautics, Mechatronics, Industrial Design)
2 years of experience as a design engineer or product engineer.
Knowledge utilizing CREO Parametrics and Windchill
Advanced English (required)
Knowledge in engineering drawings
Experience managing ECNs
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
HVAC Knowledge
Programming / Automation knowledge
Project Management experience
