Role Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the client including documentation/proposal/quotation submission/reporting etc.
• Site management included field staff/sub-contractor monitoring on EH&S and quality assurance.
• Establishes prospects and develops a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer needs.
• Aids in and supports business development activities for prospects within defined customer segments to support the business strategy.
• Develops personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
• To achieve team & personal quarterly/yearly sales & booking target.

Role Purpose:

• To drive sales opportunities and respond to client requests on design, installation, services, and operation of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• To promote Carrier's life cycle solutions to clients. Support to expand and gain sales of Carrier's aftermarket service.
• Maintain proper records for relevant documents and control register. Monitor and control internal project management systems including, but not limited to, pipeline, work schedules, standard letter issuance log, document control sheet, stock of purchase materials/tools, e-Forms, and documents in Microsoft SharePoint.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in BS / Mechanical / Electrical/others Engineering.
• 5 years Experience in BS / Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC Engineering in project operations coordination, procurement, and/or tendering arrangement. 
• Experience in HVAC Control Systems would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in PC skills (MS Office, SAP/Salesforce)
• Good communication skills in English & Cantonese.
• Immediate availability preferred.
