About this role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically minded individual to join our team as Manager, Sales Operations and PMO and Strategy. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key advisor to the Managing Director, providing critical support in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and project management with a strong emphasis on effective execution. A challenge for a passionate PMO and Strategy advocate to tap into new ways of improving how we work and act as a business enabler in our NA territory. This role will have an advisor flair and DO-er attitude, with business partner status. High autonomy and trust environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide business consulting and strategic direction and leadership to the NA CCR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

  • As Lead PM in the CCR NA Business unit, you are leading large and complex projects and setting standards, in close alignment with the GM NA and the local leadership team. A level of alignment and exchange with the EMEA Strategy, Transform & Sales Ops will be desired to ensure knowledge and practices are exchanged within the group.

  • Own the project management responsibility in the Business Unit for project deliverables and ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed about project status, risks, and key decisions of the project portfolios.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Optimize resource utilization and allocation across projects, balancing priorities and requirements.

  • Ensure the training of the involved project management executives for project execution (PM standards, commercials, technical aspects – together with operations)

  • Implement process improvements and methodologies to enhance project management practices and efficiency with systematic lessons learned.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

  • Take ownership of separation and integration items, developing work plans, and driving successful execution on day 1.

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

  • Ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.

  • Additionally, the role will also encompass playing an active role in supporting the Managing Director, NA with meeting schedules, presentations and local communications.

  • Drive special projects on behalf of the Managing Director, ensuring successful and timely completion.

  • Provide critical insights, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or sales operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree

  • Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) is preferred, with a track record of successful project delivery

  • Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues and customers alike.

  •  Proficiency in project management tools/software/standards and a deep understanding of project management methodologies (classic – agile – hybrid)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative culture.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and strategic planning.

  • Familiarity with industry best practices and commitment to staying current with trends
