About the role

To lead and manage the branch operations of the assigned state, with full responsibility for driving sales growth, ensuring service excellence, managing a team of sales and service personnel, and achieving overall business objectives in alignment with organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Develop and execute state-level sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

  • Identify and expand dealer/distributor networks and drive channel engagement.

  • Monitor competition and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

  • Drive the sales of all product categories i.e. Residential, Light Commercial including VRF).

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage Financial requirements within company norms.

Service Operations:

  • Ensure high-quality post-sales service support across the state.

  • Monitor key service KPIs: TAT & PM-Submission

  • Spare parts inventory, service infrastructure, and technician productivity.

  • Handle escalations .

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales managers, service engineers, and support staff.

  • Set clear targets and review performance regularly.

  • Build a performance-driven culture with a focus on customer-centricity.

Business Development & Planning:

  • Analyze market potential and plan new town or district penetration strategies.

  • Collaborate with marketing for regional campaigns, trade meets, and BTL activities.

  • Prepare business forecasts and drive effective inventory planning.

Compliance & Administration:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, commercial processes, and statutory regulations.

  • Maintain all branch assets, infrastructure, and administrative records.

  • Coordinate with the HO and other functions for seamless operations.

Min 10-15 Years of experience in HVAC
