Responsibilities:

• Engage with key stakeholders across the business to gather and define clear, actionable requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Translate requirements into user stories and workflows.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions meet business needs and assist in UAT and process improvement.
• Conduct workshops and discussions with business users to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
• Translate insights into well-defined business requirements and functional specifications that guide the development and configuration of Salesforce features.
• Help identify process gaps and recommend Salesforce-based improvements to optimize business workflows.

Minimum Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce domain

• Proficient in Sales and Service Cloud features, including configuration, reporting, dashboards, and automation tools.

• Experienced in gathering business requirements, mapping processes, and translating them into actionable user stories and specifications.

• Strong in presenting technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and ensuring clear, effective collaboration across teams.
