Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Participating positively in the project planning process in order to avoid losses and delays.

• Preparing all technical submittals and obtaining necessary written approvals from consultant/customer.

• Communicating and coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors and all team members.

• Follow-up the progress of execution, quality of deliverables and materials supply on site and take corrective actions when needed.

• Ensuring Company EH&S rules are implemented and followed by all team members on sites.

• Maintaining good business relationship with customers .

• Documenting all necessary letters ,reports and communications on the projects.

• Monitoring the projects performance compared to plan and report any variance.

• Notifying the Management in case any issue is expected or risk that exists on the project.

• Providing necessary support in closing the project on time to ensure successful projects completion.

• Managing project in KSA to achieve closing the projects onetime.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC execution projects

• Experience in HVAC replacement projects

• Mechanical Engineering degree

• PMP Certification

• Excellent English skills
