About the role

As the Field Service Engineerfor Carrier， Interacts with customers and field team members. Analyzes and interprets test information to resolve design/system-related problems.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Service Engineer， you’ll be responsible for:

• Maintains effective communications with customers and field team members to better understand support requirements.
• Contacts customers frequently requiring a high degree of tact and courtesy to maintain and build good rapport.
• Develops diverse product knowledge and may perform diagnostic procedures.
• Analyzes and interprets test information to resolve design/system related problems.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience.

• Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

• A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience is preferred
