Spot Coolers a wholly-owned subsidiary of Carrier, rents and sells commercial portable air-conditioning and heating solutions nationwide, helping customers stay up and running.
Spot Coolers has an opening for a Rental HVAC Branch Associate in Nashville. As a Branch Associate, you will complete sales deliveries/pickups/customer service calls per the Branch Procedure book to build Spot Cooler's reputation as the best company in the business. This role also serves as a first responder for all customer servicing activities – deliveries, pickups, equipment swaps, etc.
Complete preseason enduring standards preparation by year-end.
Ensure that fleet & required accessories are cleaned, maintained, and organized, and ready to rent.
Complete scheduled delivery/pickup/customer service visit activities in coordination with Branch Manager.
Help Branch Manager to ensure timely stock receipts, direct sale shipments, and branch transfers.
Identify issues regarding branch assets – inventory, accessories, vehicles, tools, shelving, computers – and report to the Branch Manager.
Remain in contact at all times, call back all leads within 1hour.
Complete all required paperwork – order write-ups, customer setups, etc., per Policy.
Submit required paperwork per Policy.
Aid in the collection of any severely past due receivables needed by headquarters.
Work continuously to improve Spot Cooler's image through appearance, dress, and actions.
Level of Responsibility:
Assigned to small projects or discreet tasks within the functional discipline
It depends upon others for guidance and direction
Still learning the fundamentals of the discipline and role
Understands key concepts in their discipline
Outside selling approximately 5% of the time
Typical Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma required
AA/AS degree w/1–3+ years experience preferred
BA/BS degree w/0–2+ years experience preferred

Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards.
