Primary Function:

To help South Asia Aftermarket & Service Sales by improving the effectiveness and efficiency of Sales team through combination of Tools & Technologies. Key objective of sales enablement & Effectiveness manager is to provide the sales team with the necessary resources to maximize productivity and sales.

Sales Enablement Manager will report to Sales Operations Leader for South Asia Region.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Tools:  Should have experience to Develop and deploy sales and channel tools using digital platform to drive sales force effectiveness (SFDC, CPQ, Incentive Tracker)
  • Develop and deploy sales support and engagement tools including SIP calculator
  • Should be working extensively as Sales Force administrator.
  • Identify the usability issues and drive with the Digital Teams to ensure faster and wider adoption of the Tools.
  • Sales process optimization and enhancement: Develop and deploy standardized Service & Aftermarket sales processes as part of global standardization within South Asia.
  • Sales Metrics and Productivity Impact: Responsible for collecting and evaluating sales force KPIs and using that information to enhance sales productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Prefer a  Sales Force Administration Certificate or should have worked extensively as Administrator.
  • Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
  • Experience in executing change management initiatives on the Sales Tools like SFDC, CPQ, Sales Incentive Tracker and SIP with established approaches.
  • Previous experience in a HVAC or Allied Industries.
