  • US & Canada Commercial Team Sales Coordinator

    Job brief

    We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the US & Canada Commercial sales teams. The successful candidate will become the internal point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.

    The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.


  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Coordinate monthly rep agency commission & sales reports in coordination w/ sales & finance
  • Work with Trade Marketing team for regional sales team requirements, flyers, promos, datasheets; ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Lead navigator in key buying group supplier portals (IMARK, AD, etc.)
  • Monthly Online Portal reporting’s for AD & IMARK, monitor Gainshare & Market Driver member sales targets, rewards program monitoring
  • Monthly POS reports collection, editing, and maintenance
  • Quarterly Sale Reports for key national & regional customers
  • Generate customer sales reports to aid in sales tracking & program/rebate payments; monitoring by account,  monthly, quarterly and annual programs
  • SKU level updates,  NPI, UPC, packaging, descriptions, backlog, allocations

Requirements and skills

Proven experience in sales collaboration (3+ years); experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus Excellent computer skills (MS Office w/ focus on Excel for sales report management) Preference for practiced experience in JD Edwards, Power BI, Teams, Sharepoint, & Salesforce Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving & prioritization skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with high level of dedication Assist completion of new account setups & coordination of all necessary documentation, in collaboration with customer service, EDI, & finance teams Assist sales team & customer service with submission & processing of purchase orders Inform team of unforeseen delays or problems Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events (customer events, tradeshows, line review meetings, etc.) Ensure adherence to laws and policies Work with trade marketing to update channel pricelists, regional sales team requirements,  flyers, promos, datasheets, email blasts, etc.
