The Sr Product Manager - Partnerships will focus on GTM with a portfolio of existing internal and 3'rd party products and develop a funnel of new viable Abound partners in collaboration with Digital Ecosystem team with a focus on Business model innovation. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements in collaboration with portfolio product managers, providing product positioning, training, education, pricing strategies and overseeing the product through GTM process. Responsible for commercial success with 3rd party partners.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercialization of all Abound partnership offerings by focusing on business model innovation and getting quick wins
  • Product manage internal integration projects with Carrier product lines that helps in wider adoption of Abound with the install base
  • Collaborate with Carrier Business Units and Digital ecosystem team to maintain a healthy funnel of partners relevant to Abound that is commercially viable
  • Drive revenue growth, profit margins, and market expansion with partners
  • Simultaneously coordinate multiple partner product developments and priorities with portfolio product managers, Sales and Digital Team for synchronized GTM orchestration
  • Develop and write Business Opportunity Proposals, Marketing Requirements Documents, and tollgate presentations for partnership offerings
  • Provide partner product and market segment revenue forecasts and financial calculations, including Payback, ROI, and NPV.
  • Collaborate with the creation of sales collateral and new partner product-specific introductions.
  • Once partner offering bundled with Abound is proven commercially successful, Support portfolio product managers in integrating partner offering into mainstream Abound portfolio

Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing


  • 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • 3 years of multiple partner collaboration projects with proven commercial impact
  • Proven performance record in developing a business plan for presenting a Return on Investment (ROI) and obtaining funding for a new product, and successfully completing the introduction and management of a new product line from cradle to grave.
  • Own the offering by stretching beyond Marketing to own General Management aspects of Product to keep the momentum going
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams without formal authority through influence and relationships
  • Superior presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to travel at least 20% of the time.


  • Smart Buildings Domain experience
  • Knowledge and/or experience regarding management of SaaS, IOT technical products
  • Leadership skills to manage across functional teams.
  • Interpersonal skills for managing in a team framework.
  • Project management skills.
  • Able to work from Atlanta office
