The E-Commerce Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and implementation of e-commerce initiatives to drive volume, profit, and share. This role will lead the strategies to acquire, convert, and retain consumers via engaging online experiences. This role will also assist with creating content, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and testing user experiences on several of our traditional (non-e-commerce) consumer-facing websites.

Develop and implement an insights-driven, best-in-class e-commerce strategy for an online retail experience and owned consumer e-commerce websites. Lead retail online strategy, including creative strategy and digital media planning
Create and develop KPIs to drive continuous improvement for future programming and provide performance results to senior leadership. Also, provide deep-dive analysis including website analytics and competitive comparisons
Develop CRM and online promotional strategy
Content creation for e-commerce websites and assist with content creation for additional non-e-commerce consumer-facing HVAC websites.
Create impactful online experiences for retail customers. Create premium online brand shops and product pages across retail
Implement best in class lower funnel advertising solutions to grow business through improved traffic, awareness, and conversion
Manage customer reviews and syndication strategy for all retailers
Manage monthly marketing and advertising budgets
Manage internal cross-functional relationships, collaborate with brand digital marketing, and manage agency partners
Assist with Carrier.com/residential website Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts
Assist with A/B testing user experiences focused on improving online experiences and conversions for Carrier.com/residential and Bryant.com.
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, MBA preferred
5 years of consumer marketing experience
2+ years digital/e-commerce experience
Detailed oriented with excellent project management, strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing consumer and retail shopper marketing, e-commerce, and CRM
Demonstrated track record of defining and executing highly effective D2C initiatives
Experience operating with an omnichannel environment, ensuring consistent shopping experiences for customers online and in-store
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Agency management experience
Experience with digital/e-commerce best practices
