POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for parts business development in the ME for all parts product line (FAP, UNI, ALD & COM) to achieve parts growth.  He / she will be collaborating with entity Aftermarket teams, seeking efficiency and process improvements, deploying regional playbooks, and establishing and unifying application of best practices.  He / she will be acting as a Center of Expertise in developing and implementing short, medium, and long-term growth strategies in Aftermarket

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES / KNOW HOW

  • Harmonize and plan initiatives to facilitate Parts growth in ME for FAP, UNI, ALD & COM
  • Work with global team on Globally launched growth initiatives / strategies / product offering & build an implementation roadmap to activate these in the Middle East region in collaboration with entities & regional team
  • Carryout benchmarking & Market study / product gap to develop & Introduce new initiatives / strategies / New Product Offering at regional level and work on business cases, Go to Market approach and implementation
  • Liaise with Global team / SME to conduct product / Go to Market training for sales team
  • Develop / update pricing strategies by channel
  • Develop a tracking mechanism and a cadence to review progress & provide any support needed
  • Develop system reports & required KPI’s to measure performance
  • Collect team feedback (surveys and growth calls), addressing market demands on regular basis
  • Build competencies and accelerate alliances, sourcing, and execution
  • Collaborate with Global / Regional teams to develop required sales tools to equip sales team with all sales enablers (Brochures, Material, Playbooks, etc.)
  • Organize products’ Webinars / Seminars for key account customers
  • Work with entities on developing competition landscape & Carrier product positioning in the Market

 QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

  • University graduate (Engineering degree is preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development

Soft Skills

  • Proficiency in English. Arabic will be an additional advantage
  • Knowledge of HVAC products (Preferred).
  • Communication & presentation skills
  • SAP (CRM & ECC) will be an additional advantage.

  • Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
