  • Perform validation and integration testing on both hardware and system levels

  • Execute test cases using test suite software to record results and log defects per required test parameters

  • Support installation and configuration of test infrastructure, components, and operating systems

  • Provide technical documentation, direction, training, and troubleshooting assistance

  • Work with Test Engineers to scope, develop and define test cases per supplied requirements

  • Review test plans and test requirements provided by Test Engineers

  • Ensure test environments are set up, properly configured, and available for each project as scheduled

  • Support development and execution of software and system automation test scripts

  • Provide defect documentation, tracking, and reporting. Investigate and fully characterize test failures. Ensure that defects are entered with adequate information to reproduce the problem.

  • Design, build and support lab infrastructure and test fixtures per required specifications or documentation

  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as requested.

Experience and Education:

5+ years of technical experience or 2-year technical training or Associates degree preferred

Desired Knowledge/Skills:

Familiarity with computers and programming is highly desired.

Knowledge and understanding of basic electronics.

Ability to solder electronic components (thru-hole and SMT).

IP network wiring and router configuration experience.

Ability to read schematics, and layout drawings, and follow installation sheets.

Ability to use electronic test equipment (Oscilloscopes, Programmable Power Supplies, Data acquisition, etc.).

Good analytical skills and experience in problem-solving.

Demonstrate initiative, drive, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Able to stand, bend and lift (less than 50lbs) for extended periods of time.

Must be 18 years or older.

Must be willing to take a drug test as part of the selection process.

Must be willing to submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process.

Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
