Job Title: Sales Administrator

The Role

Organisational Reporting: (Reports to) Administration Supervisor

Please state goals and objectives:

To support the Customer Service & Sales Team in ensuring that all customer requirements are delivered in a professional and timely manner, and that the department maintains an excellent reputation for customer care.

Accountabilities:

People: 0 direct reports  

Responsibilities:

  • Run the daily “price changes” report and chase accordingly for missing forms
  • Input Price Masters on a daily basis
  • Release Credit Notes on a daily basis
  • Investigation of route cause issues raised which leads to credits, making recommendations for change/new procedures to counteract this situation
  • Preparation, completion and filing of daily documentation
    One offs/Masters/Credit notes
  • Oversee the Post Enquiries Sales Inbox for ecommerce sales, working within agreed SLA’s
  • Send customer mailshots as requested via GM
  • Book Hotels/Car/Flights as required by team members
  • Input customer received MFA
  • Order stationery and beverages from supplier
  • Process requisitions either internal or external order requirements
  • Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures.
  • To be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures.
  • Complete quarterly ethics module as advised by BPO

To fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives including but not limited to PPE, Accident Reporting, Cardinal Rules, ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence)

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Reasonable GCSE passes (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • NVQ Level 2 (minimum)
  • Previous sales administration experience (commercial)
  • Computer literate
