The CBS Payroll Team are looking for a Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Payroll who will be in charge of onboarding and integrating various payrolls in EMEA, onto the ADP Celergo Platform.

The role includes:

  • Supporting migration tasks and testing for new system functionalities
  • Gathering and processing data
  • Participating in development of project plans and schedules
  • Participating in development of budgets for projects under his/her responsibility and gathering necessary resources to ensure project completion
  • Participating in project meetings
  • Preparing reports to communicate the status of a project within the project team
  • Identifying projects problems and proposing solutions to mitigate the risk
  • Meeting day-to-day operational objectives to achieve projected targets, budgets, and milestones
  • Working with Payroll Partners to deliver projects on-time
  • Looking for improvements in country and implementing where possible
  • Reporting to the Carrier Business Services Payroll Global PMO
  • Being a Subject Matter Expert for EMEA payroll
  • Some business travel 20-30%

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • At least 4/5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar position
  • Experience in working with ADP Celergo/ ADP Streamline – is a must
  • Experience in working with ADP GlobalView/SAP
  • Experience in working with Workday
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll, Payroll Tax, and related end to end processes
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment under tight deadlines
  • EMEA Payroll Project Experience (would be an advantage)
