About this role:

We are seeking an experienced people-centric HR Partner to support our engineering teams across the U.S. This role will provide day-to-day HR support for a group of +1000 engineers, acting as a key point of contact for employee-related matters. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and passionate about delivering HR solutions that enhance employee experience, engagement, and performance. You will work closely with both employees and leaders to ensure the successful execution of HR processes, from talent acquisition to employee relations, and provide strategic HR guidance to foster a positive workplace culture and the deliverable of our talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Partnering: Serve as a trusted HR partner for engineers across the U.S., providing daily support and guidance on HR-related matters, including career development, performance management, conflict resolution, and general employee relations.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Monitor and assess employee feedback, and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions to improve overall team morale and productivity.
  • Talent Management & Development: Partner with leadership, HRBPs and the talent partner to ensure effective onboarding, career development, performance reviews, and training. Support the identification of high-potential talent and help design programs that foster growth and development.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborate with the recruitment team to help attract top engineering talent, support interview processes, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • HR Processes Execution: Support key HR processes including employee lifecycle management, compensation reviews, promotions, and internal mobility. Ensure consistency and alignment with company policies and values.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, helping to address and resolve workplace issues, provide coaching, and facilitate effective communication across teams.
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with federal, state, and local laws. Support compliance initiatives and ensure employees are informed and up-to-date on company policies.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Provide HR metrics and insights to HRBPs and leadership regarding trends in employee satisfaction, retention, and performance. Use data to recommend improvements to HR programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 6 + years of HR experience, with a focus on supporting large, dynamic teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engineering experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and programs including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing employee concerns.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR data analytics.
  • A passion for working with people and supporting their professional growth.
  • Ability to travel as needed for on-site engagements or team events.
  • Experience working with engineering or technical teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification is a plus.

Pay Range:

$109,456 - $191,938 Annually
