About this role:
The RC Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of channel marketing initiatives to drive volume, profit, and market share within the Replacement Components channel. This role acts as a vital link between sales, distribution, and marketing, coordinating efforts with customers, sales leadership, the sales field team, marketing, digital, programs, marketing analytics, and product management teams.
The objective is to develop, implement, and measure integrated marketing programs and promotions that align with the business’s strategic priorities, while increasing demand and preference for our products and services. This role also involves implementing marketing strategies through research and decision-making based on that research, continuously recommending the best solutions to problems using industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic role in being the face of the brand across the organization externally, as well as internally.
- Develop, recommend, and implement channel marketing strategies and plans. Establish measures to support overall sales growth and enhance competitive positioning.
- Maintain strong coordination and voice of customer feedback with existing channel advisory committees. Provide VOC from distribution to plan and guide activities in accordance with strategic plans, annual objectives, and profit plans to improve market share, sales levels, profit margins.
- Facilitate and coordinate the efficient and effective cascade of information from product, marketing, sales, training, throughout the entire channel.
- Coordinate support for marketing plans and programs from key stakeholders including Executive Leadership team, Sales, Product, and Channel Partners on a consistent basis. Effectively communicate results and performance metrics to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team on content, strategy for trade advertising, channel websites and applications.
- Represent Replacement Components Business Unit at customer-facing events in partnership with Residential and Commercial teams
- Educate and consult with Distributor marketing teams to promote the use of RC programs and promotions.
- Measures programs, communicates results of promotion sell-in & sell-through in markets
- Consults with Product Marketing Managers to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4 + years of combined work experience in marketing, product marketing, engineering and/or sales
- Travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree
- Thorough understanding of marketplace dynamics including industry trends and assessment of key competitors’ programs.
- Experience in HVAC and/or similar industry and/or distribution channel management. Experience must include channel management, business development, and/or sales and marketing with a proven record in achieving project milestones under tight schedules.

- Proven ability to develop and implement market-leading solutions to increase customer preference for products or solutions.
- Proven financial acumen to develop business strategies and cases to drive implementation within a multi-channel setting.
- Passion for servicing customers. Ability to listen to customer needs and quickly solve their problems, go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner to identify needs of the organization and/or customer, articulate necessary proposals, and see projects through to completion.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to pull data from various sources and synthesis in both graphic and verbal format to be easily understood by the target audience.
- Proven ability to execute with speed and exhibit a bias for action mindset. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to think outside the box, innovate, take risks, and implement progressive sustainable solutions.
- Strong ability to lead and develop diverse, cross-functional project teams to achieve high performance levels in a dynamic, changing environment. Successful experience with collaborating and developing teams and working in a matrix environment.
- Strong ability to present very well and convincingly in front of customers and lead large-scale including dealer meetings, conferences, and conventions.
- Must have a strong writing skills and keen attention to detail.
- Must be able to articulate and cast a vision for your strategies and plans

Pay Range:
