Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Independently perform the analysis, design, and development of ServiceNow software solutions delivering high-quality and performance to best meet customer needs.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.

  • Provide strong technical expertise and collaborate with other IT specialists to rapidly develop and deliver stunning solutions that meet changing business needs.

  • Perform all necessary discovery and fact finding to fully understand more complex business problems and opportunities and independently execute all assignments.

  • Advanced scripting of business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc. 

  • Analyze and recommend solutions to development and production issues while effectively communicating to the project team, applicable vendors and/or the manager in a timely manner.

  • Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting, fixing bugs and conducting root cause analysis.

  • Facilitate and support the rollout of new applications and enhancements in ServiceNow.

  • Advise functional and administrative teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices.

  • Provide direction and assistance to less experienced team members.

  • Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development ensures your success.

Requirement:

  • 5+ years of technical experience in Service now

  • 1-2 years of experience in Service Now HRSD module is preferable.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or computer information systems, or a similar field

  • Self-motivated and a good team player

Educational Qualifications:

  • University Degree or equivalent

  • A minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience

  • OR

  • An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
